At the Clondalkin Festival, volunteers connected with families and residents through a public drug-awareness initiative supported by the Scientology Community Centre Dublin and the Truth About Drugs campaign.
The activity, described by organisers as a day of meaningful conversations, placed the subject of drugs in a constructive and accessible context. Volunteers distributed educational booklets, answered questions and spoke with visitors about prevention, resilience and news european commission informed choices.

The activity reflected the Church of Scientology’s broader commitment to social betterment, including prevention, education and community service inspired by the work of L. Ron Hubbard.
According to Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and UN, community-based prevention is closely linked to European values of responsibility and human dignity. “Families and young people benefit when information is made accessible before harm occurs,” he said.
